...Built in 1937 and designed by prestigious architect Newell Waters for the Knapp Family. This handsome two-story ranch house was way ahead of it's time. Tons of gorgeous California redwood and exquisitely hand-crafted woodwork adorn this house, the fine details and impeccable craftsmanship is reminiscent of the fine California-style homes in Pasadena. Lots of attention was paid to details; the chevron patterned doors, the dramatic white washed redwood ceilings, the textured retro bathroom tiles, are just part of the seemingly endless details in this superbly designed property... a treasure!"
