The majestic Golden Rain Tree blooms for five weeks annually in the south garden. Papaya ripens year round and provides a tasty breakfast treat if the birds don't get to it first! And the luscious perfume of the tropical frangipani fills the night air.











A walk through the garden is a treat for your senses; birds, and butterflies galore, tropicalismo blooms and native splendor abound.

Recognized as a Certified Native Wildlife Habitat and Texas Wildscape, the gardens at The Feather Inn offer visitors a chance to witness some of the most beautiful and intriguing South Texas flora and fauna like this baby Texas hare.
